My winter meal plan and cookbook is a monthly meal plan featuring 5 dinners per week. It has 45 recipes including dinner, sides & salads, breads, breakfasts, and baked goods. Let me help simplify meal time while saving you time and money!
You will receive one month of meal planning immediately after purchase and you will automatically receive the 2nd and 3rd month to your inbox.
Each meal feeds 4-6, some meals like roasts and lasagna will feed closer to 8. I am able to feed my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) with these meals, often times with leftovers. Dinners should take 30 minutes or less of active cooking time, meaning you won't be spending more than that preparing dinner, however some take longer to cook.
There are a combination of slow cooker, sheet pan, and some one pot meals.
Meal planning can help save time and money each month. These dinners are focused around in season foods and allow you to buy in bulk, which stretches your grocery budget.

**Many of the recipes are already gluten free, however the ones that are not can be swapped with GF pasta or flour. If a recipe calls for flour as a thickener you can swap for cornstarch, or your preferred thickener. There is one recipe (taco puffs) that might be hard to make GF, however can be made into regular tacos with tortillas of choice.
