Autumn Table Meal Plan & Cookbook
My autumn meal plan and cookbook is a 10 week meal plan featuring 5 dinners per week. It has over 65 recipes including dinner, sides & salads, breads, and baked goods.
Each meal feeds 4-8, some meals like roasts and lasagna will feed closer to 8. I am able to feed my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) with these meals, often times with leftovers. Dinners should take 30 minutes or less of active cooking time, meaning you won't be spending more than that preparing dinner, however some take longer to cook.
There are a combination of slow cooker, sheet pan, and some one pot meals.
These dinners will begin with late summer recipes and transition into fall using flavors and ingredients of the season. Cooking and baking is one of my favorite ways to welcome the change of seasons. Light a candle, turn on an autumn playlist, open the windows, and enjoy cooking for your family. I hope this meal plan brings you some peace and saves you time during what is usually a very busy season for families!

**Many of the recipes are already gluten free, however the ones that are not can be swapped with GF pasta or flour. If a recipe calls for flour as a thickener you can swap for cornstarch, or your preferred thickener. There is one recipe (taco puffs) that might be hard to make GF, however can be made into regular tacos with tortillas of choice.
